Q: How can I book a service?
A: You can book online or fill the request form . Also you can send email to info@3e-transfer.com

Q: How can I make payment?
A: You can make payment to driver at the service date

Q: How long will the driver wait for us to clear customs?
A: The driver will normally wait for 90 minutes for after the arrival time of the flight.

Q: How do we find the driver after our flight arrival?
A: Our drivers will meet their you at the front of custom exit with a sigbnoard with your name written on it, unless other arrangements were made.

Q: What will we do if we can not find our driver?
A: The airport can be VERY crowded at times, therefore if you cannot see your driver please call contact numbers provided to you with confirmation.

Q: What happens if the flight is delayed?
A: All flight arrival times are checked with the airline. Should you arrive early or late (no matter how late!) there will still be a driver to meet you at no extra charge.

Q: What if I miss my flight?
A: If you miss your flight, you should call the telephone number shown on your booking voucher and let us know. In that case, if you have made the payment by credit card, we secure that service to be used for another date or you can ask for a full refund.

Q: Will I be dropped and picked up at my accommodation?
A: Yes. We provide door to door private transfer service. So we will transfer you to the door of your hotel or accommodation address. Please note that there are some occasions such as road closures it may not be possible. In that case, you will be dropped and collected from the nearest accessible point.
